How do new customers discover me?
Your business can appear through Pookii's pet-business discovery experience using details such as location, services and suitability. A listing helps you become discoverable; it does not guarantee rankings, leads or a set number of bookings.
What does the Founding Partner offer mean?
The offer is designed for the first 20 qualifying businesses. It's a discounted monthly plan, with the founding price intended to remain in place while the eligible subscription stays active. Final programme terms will apply.
Does Pookii replace WhatsApp and text reminders?
Pookii has its own app-based messaging and reminder experience. We do not promise or charge you for SMS as part of these plans. You can also share your Book through Pookii link on your existing website and social profiles.
Will Hype post automatically to all my socials?
Hype can prepare content for approval and support publishing to Park and connected social platforms where integrations and permissions allow it. Some networks may require a manual posting step; your business remains in control of what goes out.
